This is a social group for LGBTQQIA-identified folks who are interested
in meeting, socializing, and having an opportunity to volunteer to
advance full equality.
The Q=Mob is a network of activists who
are working to live out their values of equality and support local
Q=friendly establishments in order to reward businesses who are working
to ensure their businesses are equality-minded. Think of it like a
BUYcott, not a boycott. And this is only the beginning, because there
are many fair-minded businesses.
The last Wednesday of every
month, from 6-8pm, LGBTQQIA-identified activists will come together for a
social mixer happy hour to support a designated dining establishment.
The Q=Mob gives this business an economic boost which helps them to be
out about their support for LGBTQQI equality.
During each social mixer happy hour, an opportunity to become involved in advancing equality will be announced.
