Some of the goals of the Chevron PRIDE employee network include education, fostering dialogue and helping achieve an inclusive and productive environment for all employees.
This guidebook was created to help foster dialogue and understanding of transgender issues involving the workplace. It is based on work compiled by organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, GenderPAC, Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and best practices from other companies which have implemented similar policies as Chevron.
