About the HRC Workplace Project
Since 1995, the Workplace Project of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation has worked with employers and employees to create fair workplaces through policies, benefits, diversity programs and legislative efforts. These measures promote fairness both in- and outside the workplace, and help employers recruit and retain talented LGBT and other fair-minded employees.
