Businesses Support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2007

Currently, there is no federal law protecting individuals from job discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. Americans are denied job opportunities, fired or otherwise discriminated against simply because they are — or are perceived to be — gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.

Corporate America has been a leader in creating fair and inclusive work environments for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees. Now, leading U.S. businesses are stepping forward in support of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2007, a bill that would prohibit employment discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Business Coalition for Workplace Fairness

The Business Coalition for Workplace Fairness consists of employers, both large and small, that support passage of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2007.
