Candidates to Debate GLBT Issues

Presidential candidates will gather next month to discuss GLBT equality at a forum presented by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and the Logo network. Candidates currently confirmed to appear include (in alphabetical order): Hillary Clinton, Christopher Dodd, John Edwards, Dennis Kucinich and Barack Obama.

Presidential Forum on GLBT Issues

On Thursday, presidential candidates gathered in Los Angeles for a two-hour forum on issues affecting the lives of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people in the United States. Human Rights Campaign President Joe Solmonese, Melissa Etheridge and esteemed journalist Jonathan Capehart appeared as panelists at the event. The following candidates appeared (in alphabetical order): Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Mike Gravel, Dennis Kucinich, Barack Obama and Bill Richardson.
