Nevada Donor Insemination Law
Nevada law only takes into consideration the use of artificial insemination for married couples, with the procedure performed by a physician and both spouses providing written consent. The law strips a donor of any legal relationship to a resulting child if the donation is provided to a physician for the artificial insemination of a married woman (unless the donor is her husband).
