New Hampshire Donor Insemination Law
New Hampshire law defines artificial insemination without regard to the marital status of the parties. The law explicitly strips an unmarried donor of any legal relationship or support obligation to a resulting child, if the recipient is an unmarried woman, unless the parties have a written agreement indicating otherwise.
