Oklahoma Donor Insemination Law
Oklahoma law only takes into consideration the artificial insemination of a married woman with donor semen. The law requires physician supervision and the written consent of both parties. The law explicitly states that a donor to a married couple has no right, obligation or interest with regard to the resulting child.
