Utah Donor Insemination Law
Utah does not clearly address the issue of donor insemination. However, other provisions may make a donor liable for support of a child conceived via that procedure.
The law does not directly address the obligations of semen donor, but does state that the father of a child “that is or may be born outside of marriage is liable to the same extent as the father of a child born within marriage” with regard to support expenses.
