Ohio employment discrimination law addresses discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age and ancestry. ORC Ann. § 4112.02 (Anderson 2002). Ohio housing law prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and familial status. ORC Ann. § 4112.01 (Anderson 2002). Ohio public accommodations law addresses discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age or ancestry. ORC Ann. § 4112.02 (Anderson 2002).
