Minnesota Sodomy Law

The Minnesota sodomy law was struck down in the 2001 ruling by the Hennepin County 4th Judicial District court in Doe v. Ventura, No. MC 01-489 (May 15, 2001). The sodomy law is unenforceable statewide.
