Honors marriages of same-sex couples from other jurisdictions? No.
West Virginia law states: “A public act, record or judicial proceeding of any other state, territory, possession or tribe respecting a relationship between persons of the same sex that is treated as a marriage under the laws of the other state, territory, possession, or tribe, or a right of claim arising from such a relationship, shall no be given effect by this state.”
Any form of statewide relationship recognition for same-sex couples? No.
