Montana Sodomy Law

The Montana sodomy law was struck down as an invasion of privacy in the 1997 Supreme Court case Gryczan v. State, 942 P.2d 112 (1997). In Gryczan, the court held that prohibiting same-gender sexual contact between consenting adults was unconstitutional.
