D.C. Donor Insemination Law

District of Columbia law is not clear on donor insemination, but appears to allow unmarried women to use the procedure.

In provisions regarding surrogacy, the law characterizes insemination as a process involving a male donor and a woman, with no mention of marital status, under physician supervision.
