Oklahoma law does not permit a partner to make medical decisions on behalf of a same-sex partner in the absence of an advance directive. § 3080.5, 3102A.An adult may appoint a same-sex partner to make medical decisions on his or her behalf. The directive shall be signed by the declarant and witnessed by two adults. § 3101.4.
