Kentucky Sodomy Law

The Kentucky sodomy law was struck down in the 1992 case Commonwealth v. Watson, 842 S.W. 2d 487 (Ky. 1992). The state Supreme Court held that the statute violated the protection of privacy and equal protection under the Kentucky Constitution.
